Due to the wide variety in ring sizes and metal colors, most rings are made to order and require 5-7 business days to produce.
 
Most one-size items are in stock and ship immediately.

RETURN POLICY


EXCHANGES
Most products may be exchanged for another style within 14 days of delivery.
If you need to exchange an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to exchange.
We will respond quickly with instructions.
Please note that you must receive return authorization prior to returning any items.
          
RETURNS
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase,
unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with the tags still on.
It must also be in the original packaging. 
Custom made items or designs or alterations to any original design are ineligible for a return or exchange.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.  
We only accept returns or exchanges of jewellery purchased from our website. 
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.  
              
REFUNDS
Unworn items can be returned within 7 days, in the original packaging for a refund.
A restocking fee of 5% of the purchase amount, will be assessed.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item,
your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
             
DAMAGES
Please inspect your items as soon as you receive your shipment. We will gladly replace items if they are defective or damaged within 7 days.
