Can I buy a ring setting without buying a diamond?
Yes, you can. Our settings are made-to-order with each one handcrafted to a design to suit your gemstone.
Are your diamonds certified?
Most of our diamonds above 0.30 carat come with an international diamond grading report, mainly GIA, one of the most respectable diamond labs in the world.

Can you help me design and custom make my jewellery?
Yes, most of our engagement rings and wedding bands are custom-made.
Do you offer alternative metal options such as palladium?
Yes. we offers platinum, 18K white gold, 18k rose gold, and 18k yellow gold as a typical option for most styles. We also offer 14k white gold, 14K rose gold, 14k yellow gold, and palladium upon request. For more information about these options, please contact us.
Do you do engraving on rings?
Yes, for that extra personal touch, we offer personalized engraving. It's available on most of our rings and all engraving-friendly items.
How long does it take to make a custom piece?
It takes 3-4 weeks to custom-make the ring after design is confirmed. Design typically takes 1 – 2 weeks depending on the complexity of design, customer feedback on the design and availability of gem stones. The making of the ring will only begin after design is confirmed.
